Pinthong Industrial Estate (Project II) was established in 1995, a total area of approximately 1,100 rai (176 hectares), located on highway No. 331, only 13 kilometres from Laemchabang Deep Seaport, Chonburi province and is situated in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). The standard utilities include:
- Power supply - supplied by the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) with a total capacity of 800 MVA
- Water supply – total water supply capacity is 12,000 cu m/day
- Waste water treatment plant (Activated Sludge System) with a capacity of 8,400 cu m/day
