Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) secures lease agreement with e-commerce unicorn Flash Fulfillment for a 15,350 sqm fulfillment center

BANGKOK, 24 JUNE 2021

Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) Company Limited (“FPIT”), Thailand’s leading industrial property developer and wholly owned subsidiary of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“FPT”), announced that it has entered into a lease agreement with Flash Fulfillment Company Limited (“Flash”). With the new build facility, Thailand’s first e-commerce unicorn and leading integrated e-commerce service provider Flash is expanding the distribution center of its fulfillment business.

The new development for Flash occupies a land area of approximately 16 rai and comprises a 15,350 sqm building, strategically located at Frasers Property Logistics Center (Bangplee 2). This newly completed ambient warehouse is specially designed to support Flash’s e-commerce fulfillment business with its floor loading of 3.5 tons per sqm, clear height of12 meters and cross-docking facility to maximize usable storage space.

The distribution center is also equipped with other types of loading docks such as a small loading truck with ramp, heavy loading truck, and an overhead sectional dock door to increase efficiency. With this new fulfillment distribution center, Flash is able to operate 24/7, 365 days a year, to rapidly scale and deliver massive parcel volumes each day.
