Frasers Property Thailand marks a major milestone to develop fully automated flagship warehouse for F&N Dairies (Thailand) Limited

  • FPT won trust to commence developing the first fully automated warehouse facility for F&N Dairies (Thailand) Limited. The built-to-suit warehouse, together with FNDT’s investment of ASRS, will optimise the use of space and increase overall operational efficiency in logistics and distribution.
  • The flagship project is located in strategic location of Frasers Property Logistics Center in Ayutthaya province ideal for manufacturing and supply chain of F&B, FMCG, automotive and electronic industries. The customers will benefit from high accessibility of a site that allows efficient logistics and distribution to Central, Northern and Northeastern Thailand.

Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited ("FPT"), a leading provider of integrated real estate platform, announced today that Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of FPT, commenced the development of the first fully automated built-to-suit warehouse for F&N Dairies (Thailand) Limited (“FNDT”), a leading F&B company in Thailand and Southeast Asia.

This flagship project brings together FPT’s expertise in deploying turnkey solutions that cater to FNDT’s specific requirements and FNDT’s 416 million baht investment in an innovative robot-based storage solution, Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), for an international quality warehouse. This built-to-suit warehouse will enable optimal usage of floor space while enhancing operational efficiency.

This cutting-edge warehouse has the total floor area of 20,000 sq m on a 25 rai of land in Frasers Property Logistics Center in the Ayutthaya province. Strategically located within the FPT logistics cluster, this will serve as the regional distribution hub of FNDT for its recognised brands such as TEAPOT condensed milk, Carnation condensed milk , Magnolia Plus Ginkgo UHT milk, BEAR BRAND sterilised milk, BEAR BRAND Gold and Magnolia Milkies tablet. When completed, the facility will feature high bay pallet storage at the height of 40 meters with floor loading capacity of up to 11 tons per sq m. It can accommodate FNDT’s current business operational needs as well as support future business growth in the region. FNDT’s warehouse facility is scheduled to be completed in 2Q/2021.
