BANGKOK, 1 October 2021

Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) Company Limited ("FPIT"), Thailand's leading industrial property developer and a business unit of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited ("FPT"), joined hands once again with Amata Corporation Public Company Limited to convert a factory building in Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate into a Community Isolation Center to support COVID-19 patients in the area. This community isolation center is the second collaboration between FPIT and Amata after their first project in Rayong. To date, FPIT has handed over three community isolation centers/hospital fields to the community.

Mr. Sopon Racharaksa, Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) said: "Despite less COVID-19 cases in Thailand, FPIT remains committed to support the community's relief efforts and to prevent potential spread in major industrial areas. We have converted buildings for setting up field hospital or community isolation center in strategic industrial provinces such as Rayong, Ayutthaya, and Chonburi. While supporting communities nearby, they also ensure manufacturers located in these locations would have sufficient quarantine space for their employees if new COVID-19 case is found. This would help the manufactures to cope with peak production season approaching end of year. With our latest community isolation center in the Amata City Rayong Industrial Estate, we have built, to-date, two community isolation centers and one field hospital offering around 1,000 beds in total."

Mr. Viboon Kromadit, Director and Chief Marketing Officer of Amata Corporation Public Company Limited, said: "Amata PCL. will continue to help the community and society, especially during these challenging times amidst the pandemic. Through partnerships such as this collaborative effort with FPIT, we managed to rapidly set up a new community isolation center with a full suite of medical equipment and facilities in only one week. To help those affected by Covid-19, we have also carried out relief efforts on top of building community isolation centers.

Infrastructure, utilities, and other necessities for the community isolation center are well supported by relevant government authorities and private corporations such as AIS 5G, Sodexo Thailand, Banpu NEXT Co., Ltd., Thai Nakano Co., Ltd, Worldex, Vibharam Amata Nakorn Hospital and Thai Beverage Public Company Limited.

The community isolation center in Amata City Chonburi has opened on 30 September 2021. The facility can accommodate about 290 patients and is well-equipped with required equipment and systems. The center is administered by Don Hua Lo Subdistrict Administrative Organization and Chonburi Provincial Public Health Office Province.
