Mr. Peerapat holds a crucial position at Frasers Property Industrial Thailand, leading initiatives to strengthen and expand our business. These efforts align with FPIT’s goal of becoming a leader in the industrial property sector, offering modern factories and warehouses while also diversifying our portfolio.

Prior to taking on his new role, Mr. Peerapat held a range of high-level management positions with Frasers Property Thailand for nearly two decades.
His most recent role was as First Executive Vice President of Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) from 2021 to 2023, and he previously served as Managing Director of Frasers Property Industrial REIT Management (Thailand) Company Limited from 2016 to 2021.

Responsible for securing new tenants for industrial assets, particularly ready-built factories and warehouses spanning over 50 locations across Thailand, Yuko has dedicated nearly 22 years to Frasers Property Industrial Thailand. With extensive experience spanning various industry sectors such as automotive, electronics, logistics, and consumer goods, she possesses a profound understanding of customer needs and preferences.

Responsible for acquiring and spearheading new project developments, she has been an integral part of Frasers Property Industrial Thailand since 2019, significantly expanding the Built-to-Suit portfolio by over 200,000 square meters. Furthermore, she remains steadfast in her commitment to fostering diverse innovations aligned with sustainable policies, with a primary emphasis on customer-centricity.
 

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial Thailand, she worked as Investment Manager, Ascendas Funds Management Ltd., (as Manager of A-REIT), Singapore

Responsible for Preventative maintenance and repairs of industrial assets covered involves numerous operational duties, as well as overseeing all communication with tenants. Primopa has been with Frasers Property Industrial Thailand since 2017. With an extensive understanding and wealth of experience across various industry sectors, she will ensure an excellent experience throughout the journey.
