Factory Location
Most of our units are on public industrial estates, developed by, or in conjunction with, the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT). This provides numerous non-financial benefits to tenants, and streamlines the procedures for statutory consents and approvals for the tenant’s operation, whereby IEAT acts as a ‘One Stop Shop’. We are pleased to assist tenants in obtaining any required licenses for manufacturing operations.
Work permits
FPT has a dedicated liaison team to obtain Work Permits for tenants’ expatriate employees.
Modifications
Whilst the ready built-factories provide the base building requirements for a wide range of industrial processes, many tenants require modifications of the facility to serve their specific needs. We are pleased to discuss these requirements and seek ways to undertake modifications and additional work on the building.
Utilities
We assist our tenants in obtaining factory utilities such as electricity, telecommunications, water, waste disposal, and where appropriate, gas supplies.
Consultation
We are keen to help our tenants whenever possible without additional costs. With our extensive knowledge in the market, we offer consultation to tenants as needed. We can assist the tenants in sourcing high-quality suppliers, working on modifications of buildings, and so much more.
