FPIT and FIRM appoint new leaders to bolster its industrial portfolio and FTREIT

Leveraging Frasers Property Thailand’s integrated real estate platform, Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) Company Limited (“FPIT”), Thailand's leading industrial property developer, synergizes with Frasers Property Industrial REIT Management (Thailand) Company Limited (“FIRM”), a REIT manager of Frasers Property Thailand Industrial Freehold & Leasehold REIT (FTREIT), to drive further growth of the industrial portfolio and its REIT with the appointment of two new leaders.

FPIT’s board of directors recently appointed Mr. Peerapat Srisukont, the former Managing Director of FIRM, as Assistant CEO of FPIT. Peerapat’s experience of over 17 years in senior management position with the Company will bring expertise in project development, as well as REIT and asset management to Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand).

In addition, FIRM's board of directors has appointed Mr. Thanarat Boonyakosol who is a member of Frasers Property Thailand’s leadership team as the Managing Director of FIRM to replace Mr. Peerapat Srisukont. The new appointments will be effective on 1 November 2021.

Mr. Peerapat Srisukont, incoming Assistant CEO of Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) Company Limited ("FPIT") said: “To drive sustainable growth in line with Frasers Property Thailand’s One Platform strategy, FPIT and FIRM will continue to synergize and work closely. Moving forward, I will be a part of the FPIT team to support, grow, and strengthen our business to achieve FPIT’s goal of being the industrial property leader for modern factories and warehouses as well as expanding the industrial portfolio to 4 million sq.m. by 2025.”

Prior to the new role as FIRM’s Managing Director, Mr. Thanarat Boonyakosol has been the Managing Director of Frasers Property Commercial Asset Management (Thailand) Company Limited (“FPCAMT”) since March 2018. He has shown excellent performance in managing Golden Ventures Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (“GVREIT”) and demonstrated strategic vision to build the Company’s resiliency for adapting to changes in a changing business environment. Prior to his role as Managing Director of FPCAMT, Thanarat has over 20 years of experience in REIT management, asset management, and property fund management with Frasers Property Thailand and leading asset management companies.
